Hospitality Total Services Pty Ltd is an Australian owned consulting practise formed in 2001 from Chris Arrell's former practise which began in 1992.

Chris Arrell, Mario Sequeira and associates of the group have a mix of specialised disciplines and broad-based experience that is relevant to tourism, hospitality, human resources, marketing, hotel and retail consultation, conceptualism, management and development.

Chris Arrell is a professional member of FCSI (Foodservice Consultants Society International), an international society dedicated to improving professional service in the food and beverage industry. Mario Sequeira has tertiary qualifications in Hotel Administration and Food Technology, a post graduate Business Management qualification from Deakin University and is a Senior Associate member of FCSI (Foodservice Consultants Society International)

Hospitality Total Services offices are based in Perth, Western Australia, and from February 2012 a new office will be opened in New Zealand to service the Pacific. The consulting partners have international experience and have completed projects, managed outlets and provided human resources services throughout Australasia.

We are totally independent consultants that tailor our services to suit each clients needs.

Hospitality Total Services is well respected and accepts challenges to create innovative concepts, designs and reports. When and where required, turn-key services are provided so that clients receive maximum return on their financial investment.

Hospitality Total Services has developed many systems and documents over the years that are easy to understand and very clear and concise whilst also comprehensive.

Hospitality Total Services projects satisfy design briefs, work to agreed budgets and co-ordinate the construction and furniture, fixtures and equipment fit out with foodservice and retail operation requirements in mind.

Hospitality Total Services ensure installations comply with contractual documentation by effective inspections and liaison during manufacturing and upon installation.

Hospitality Total Services facilitates Development applications and Liquor License applications.
